Our Boys Hostel

Hostel accommodation is available separately for Girls and the Boys.Allotment of seat for the Hostel shall be decide exclusively by the management hostel charges shall be determined by the management on the basis of existing rent and other living index of the area.Hostel charge for one year shall be deposited in advance for getting a seat in the hostel.For girl students special care will be taken and proper security managements are provided by the managements hostel discipline shall be observed by the boarders and the students not abiding by hostel rules and regulations shall be removed from the hostel.

1. Hostel rent   Rs.25000/- [Rupees Twenty  Five Thousand Peranum.].

2. In case a student  has to send more  time to complete the  course  the due to failure , the charges for extra  period  of charge for one year shall be deposited in advance for getting a seat in the hostel . For girls students special care will be taken and proper security management are providedHostel accommodation is available separately for the Girl and the Boys.

Allotment of seat for the Hostel shall be decide   by the managements hostel discipline shall be observed  by  the boarders stayin hostel  shall be charged at the rate applicable of  the time.

Library:

The college has well equipped library having latest edition of medical text books and journals ,library card shall be provided on payments each student for issue of book. Library books shall be issued to the student only for 15 days in case the books are kept beyond 15 days a fine shall be levied. There is a reading room attachad to each library which remians open in 8AM to 10AM two shifts . Any library book damage or’ post by student is to be replaced  or its full price to be deposited. Reference  books shall not be issued. There are department libraries in addition to the main collage library .

Identity Card:

Student duly admitted in college shall be issued identity card and every student shall have to keep an identity card whit this passport size photograph to be attested by the principal  student shall be responsible.

Common Room :Facilities for a common room are provided separately for the girl's and boy's hostels newspaper mangazine,carom board,chess etc.are also availiable for regular use.

Canteen Facility: In addition to the common canteen in the campus,separate catering for the boy's and girl's is alos availiable within the hostel campus at reasonable rates.

Shopping Centre: Facility for shopping centre is availiable in the college campus for sunday needs,medicine and other requirements of the patients in hospital.

Banking Facility: The exension counter and SBI ATM  services of Bank of India Krishanganj is available in the college campus.

Other Important Instruction : All payment are to be made only by an "Account Payee"
bank draft in favour of KHWAJA GARIB NAWAZ MEDICIAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL Payable at kishanganj for which the canidiate must procure a proper  reciept from the Account Section No college authority is authorized by  receive any cash amount .If any such transcation occurs, the institution shall not be the institution shall not be held responsible for the transaction or any claim thereof.
The student shall pay all fines imposed on them. The cost of any damage to the equipment of loss of libary books on other college property shall be realized from the caution money if any student fails to pay the same damage.
All dues of the college of the hostel and the cost of any damage shall have to be cleared by the concerned before he/she is permitted to appear at the University Examination.

College Council: The college council is constituted by the head of the department,the academic,chaired by the principal of the institution with Director as parton.The council looks into the improvement of teaching training discipline and all other realted academic matter of the college.The regulation on Graduate Medicial Council,1977 was amended by Medicial Council of India on 25.05.1999, 1705 no foreign student shall to admitted without having No ojection Certificate from the Goverment of India,the ministry of health & family welfare and ministry of external affairs.Each year 60(sixty) seats are available for admission to the graduate Medicial courses Candidates found medicially unfit shall not be admitted in the institution.
 

Fee Structure:
1. The matter of fee fixation of annual fee structure is pending before the fee fixation committe constituted by the Government of Bihar,pending descision of the fee fixation committe,the present annual fee structure will be of Rs 5,50,000/ (Rs Five lakhs fifty thousand Only)peranum.

2.For non president Indian student annual tution fee will be $19000(US)peranum.
3.The annual fee is charged for five acedemic years payable annually.The selected and admitted students shall be required to deposite the annual tution fee through Bank Draff in favour of the college each year before the end of the month of july failling which he/she shall not be allowed to appear at the University Examination.
4.A canidates once admitted in the college shall not be allowed to leave, the college without paying the full tution fee for remaining period of the MBBS Course.
5. At the time of the admission whole paying the tution fee or 1 year through Bond
Bank Draft,the candidate shall also have to furnish Bank Guarantee & for Payment of tution fee for for the remark period of MBBS Course.
6. The fee structure to be presented for session 2012-13 Shall be revised after the Academic Session depending on the budgetary needs of the instition and general national parameter and in the event the new revise fee structure shall be payable by all the students.

Girl's Hostel
Aims & Objective of the Institude:
The main objective of the institution is to provided Medicial sevices to the needy and poor masses and suffering humanity of the krishanganj,in the particular and the eastern region o Indian in general besides imparting teaching in modern science to the students in order to produce good.Doctor's useful for individual and also for the community.

Recognisation and Affiliation:
Got a NOC from Govt.of Bihar,Dated 04.05.2012 and the B N Manda University Madhepura (Bihar).The college has its own hospital of 1000 beds with accompanying assets including modern sophisticated equipments etc, over 70% of the patient come from rural areas of kishanganj and adjoining state,West Bengal for medical services.The hospital is running efficiently under the changes and in provision of dominant doctor in the all department .The management has recently purchased modern instruments for different specialities for the Medical college and the Hospital for keeping them up-dated.
Excellent teaching facilities are offered in the college by qualified and experienced teacher or eminence.The teaching staff is appointed on the recommendation of the Board,comprising senior teachers administrators and social workers from different parts of the country.
