I am very glad to know that the Prospectus 2021-22 for Nezamia Muslim Charitable Hospital & Khawaja Garib Nawaz Medical College & Hospital, Kishanganj, (NMCHKGNMCH) is going to be published. The establishment of this institute and hospital in 2012 after overcoming a number of unforeseen hurdles is, indeed, a landmark achievement for Nezamia Muslim Charitable Hospital & Khawaja Garib Nawaz Medical College & Hospital Trust, Kishanganj, (NMCHKGNMCH). Today, it is my privilege to introduce this first totally self-financed Medical College & Hospital in Kishanganj, Bihar. The Medical College along with the teaching hospital has been established with the twin objectives of producing much required really educated doctors to take care of the patients with humane touch as well as to provide comprehensive health care to the people of the region at an affordable cost through its multi-disciplinary hospital. There is the rapid development of the Institute along with the Hospital through constant improvement of infrastructure & education facilities and introduction of more and more medical professionals. Now, there is 200 in take per year in the MBBS and 200 BDS course and the hospital is having beds with all modern diagnostic facilities. I am glad to note that the outdoor facilities at the hospital are available free of cost. Indeed, the hospital is being run like a charitable concern while the charges being levied in the Indoor are very nominal in general and free for BPL category patients. We are also going to introduce Post-Graduate courses very soon in Pre & Paraclinical subjects. This will be very much helpful for the development of medical education and diagnostic facilities. I am sure that the Medical College along with the Hospital will soon become a center of excellence to provide quality medical education as well as the best health care facilities all over the region for public benefit.
